Cancellations and Refunds
Substitution of registrants is permitted if registration information is received at least more than 2 business days prior to the first date of the program. Voluntary cancellations received in writing at least 14 business days in advance of the course start date, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee. Written cancellation requests received less than 14 days prior to start of the program are non-refundable. Non-attendance will incur full seminar tuition cost.
