I am interested in completing the Patient navigation certificate. I have completed the first module and see Cultural sensitivity as the next available level - leaving the Advance Patient Navigator course to finish.

Action Learning project (ALP) Mentoring: (15 hours over the program, self-study, mentoring sessions booked by instructor with student) b. (Non-Ontario residents and/or International students) will receive 21 hours of equivalent self-study plus their Action Learning Project c. ALP Presentations: April 17, 2024.
